Shipping and Returns
Most stock items ordered by 1:00 EST ship within 48 hours. We will let you know if an item is on backorder. We ship UPS/RPS whenever possible for speed and economy. If required, we will provide next day or second day delivery for an additional charge. We cannot deliver to a PO Box. Please include your street address for prompt delivery of your merchandise.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us via email at email@example.com or call 1-888-979-8627 Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm EST within 90 days of receipt for return instructions. We will exchange the product, issue you a credit, or refund your money.
You will be responsible for returning the product to the designated location and there will be a 20% restocking fee. The amount of the credit may be further reduced depending on the condition of the merchandise.
Custom produced or imprinted items are produced to your specifications and cannot be resold. Accordingly, they are not returnable unless they are defective or there is a misprint caused by our error.
